Privacy policy
Effective Date: 2025−12−22
HandyTech-FZCO ("Company," "Wizium," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Wizium business and its websites, platform, applications, analytics, AI capabilities, integrations, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services"). References to "we," "us," "website," "site," or "Services" mean HandyTech-FZCO. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy may be defined in our Terms & Conditions. This Privacy Policy is intended to be read together with, and is subject to, our Terms & Conditions. The Services are built primarily for business and professional use. When we refer to "personal information" in this policy, we generally mean information about people acting on behalf of a business (for example, an account owner or an employee), not consumer-profile data collected for personal or household purposes.
What this Privacy Policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains, in plain terms:
  • the categories of information we collect and receive;
  • the ways information is collected (including through integrations you enable);
  • how we use information to run, secure, and improve the Services, including AI features;
  • when information may be shared with vendors, integrations, and other parties;
  • choices and rights you may have regarding your information; and
  • how to reach us with privacy questions or requests.
Important scope note (payments and financial services). Wizium is a software (SaaS) platform and is not a financial institution, bank, or payment service provider. We do not provide financial services. If subscription purchases are available through our website or Services, payments are typically handled by authorized third-party payment processors and/or billing platforms. We generally do not store full payment card details on our systems.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version with an updated effective date at the top of the page. If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice (for example, in the Services or by email). By continuing to use the Services after an update becomes effective, you acknowledge the updated policy.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, contact support@wizium.ai.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Personal Information
“Personal Information” means information that can be used to identify an individual directly or indirectly (and in some cases includes certain device identifiers). We may collect Personal Information such as:
(a) name, business email address, postal address, phone number (if provided);
(b) Internet Protocol (IP) address, device ID, and similar persistent identifiers; and
(c) information about third-party accounts or integrations you choose to connect (“Third-Party Accounts”).
In general, Personal Information we collect includes, but is not limited to:
  • information needed to create and administer an account (including authentication and access management);
  • information used to communicate with you (support, service messages, and administrative notices);
  • aggregated and/or de-identified information about how users interact with our site and Services to help maintain and improve functionality.

Business Data / Customer Communication Data (Customer-Provided Data)
To provide the Services, we may process business-related data and content submitted to the Services by you or on your behalf (“Customer Data”). Customer Data may include:
  • business inputs and analytics signals you provide to generate outputs within the Services;
  • product and supplier-related information, including supplier contact details and communications conducted through the Services;
  • messages and conversation content handled through connected channels (e.g., website chat, email, messaging apps, CRM), including conversation metadata (timestamps, routing, identifiers), and attachments you provide;
  • configurations, prompts, instructions, knowledge base content, and agent settings used for AI features.
Third-Party Accounts and connected services are governed by their own policies and are not controlled by us. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect accounts and provide Customer Data to Wizium, including making any required disclosures and obtaining consents where applicable.

Usage Data
“Usage Data” is information automatically collected when you use the Services. This may include IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages/features used, referral/exit pages, clickstream data, and dates/times of activity. We collect Usage Data via logs and technologies like cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar tools.

Payment-Related Data (Limited)
If you purchase a subscription, payments are generally processed by third parties. We may receive limited information related to billing such as plan tier, subscription status, invoices/receipts, country, and payment confirmation references. We generally do not store full payment card numbers.

HOW AND WHEN WE COLLECT INFORMATION
Information you provide
We collect Personal Information when you choose to provide it – such as when you register, fill out forms, request a demo, contact support, or communicate with us.

Information processed through the Services
We process Customer Data when you (or your team) upload, input, sync, connect, or otherwise submit data in the Services, including via Third-Party Accounts and integrations you enable.

Information collected automatically
We collect Usage Data automatically when you interact with our site or Services, including through cookies and similar technologies, and through operational logs used to run and secure the Services.

“Do Not Track” signals
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no consistent industry standard for how to interpret these signals, our Services do not respond to them in a uniform way.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use Personal Information, Customer Data, and Usage Data to:

  • deliver and operate the Services (including authentication, account administration, feature functionality, and user support);
  • secure the Services (including monitoring, abuse prevention, fraud detection, and enforcing our terms);
  • provide analytics and reporting within the Services;
  • communicate with you about the Services (including updates, security notices, and administrative messages);
  • send marketing communications where allowed (you can opt out of marketing emails);
  • improve the Services, including reliability, performance, and user experience.

AI Processing (Additional Disclosure)
The Services include AI functionality. AI systems may process prompts, instructions, and Customer Data to generate outputs such as recommendations, summaries, classifications, drafts, and automated responses.
We may also use limited information to maintain and improve the Services (including AI features), to debug issues, and to protect the safety and integrity of the platform. Where practical, we rely on aggregated and/or de-identified data for these purposes.
AI outputs may be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in your business.

HOW AND WHEN WE SHARE AND DISCLOSE INFORMATION
Service providers
We share information with vetted service providers who support the operation of the Services (for example: cloud hosting, infrastructure, security, monitoring/logging, analytics, email delivery, customer support tools, and—where applicable—subscription billing and payment processing). Providers receive access only to the extent needed to perform services for us and are expected to protect information.

Third-Party Accounts / Integrations (at your direction)
If you connect Third-Party Accounts or enable integrations, information may be exchanged with those services as required to provide the integration and as configured by you. Third parties’ handling of information is governed by their own policies.

Affiliates
Where permitted by law, we may share information with companies that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with us, consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Corporate transactions
If we undergo a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate protections.

Legal, compliance, and safety
We may disclose information if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law or lawful requests, protect the security of the Services, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect rights, property, and safety.

With your consent
We may share information with other parties when you ask us to do so or otherwise consent.

Aggregated/de-identified information
We may share aggregated and/or de-identified information for business purposes, such as analytics and benchmarking, where it does not reasonably identify an individual.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and improving the Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, in-product controls. Disabling certain cookies may reduce functionality.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Wizium and our service providers may process and store information in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use safeguards designed to support lawful international data transfers.
DATA SECURITY
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS (ACCESS, CORRECTION, DELETION)
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, or delete certain Personal Information, and you may object to or restrict certain processing.
To submit a request, email support @wizium.ai with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We may ask for reasonable verification to protect your account and prevent unauthorized requests.
We may retain certain information as needed for legitimate business purposes (such as security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance). Where appropriate, we may retain data in an aggregated or de-identified form.

TERMS FOR SPECIFIC TYPES OF USERS
EEA/UK/Switzerland Users
If you are located in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR/UK GDPR). Depending on the context, we may act as a controller for certain Personal Information (for example, account/contact information) and as a processor for Customer Data processed on behalf of a business customer.
To make a GDPR-related request, contact support@wizium.ai with the subject line “GDPR Data”.

California Users
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under applicable California privacy laws. We do not sell personal information in the conventional sense. You may request information about categories of Personal Information collected and disclosed, and request deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
To submit a request, email support@wizium.ai with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” We may take steps to verify your request. Please do not include sensitive identifiers (such as full payment card numbers) in your request.

Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided Personal Information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
