FAQ

STRAIGHTANSWERS.

What you can start with, what agents handle, and where your team stays in control.

Getting started

Is WIZIUM software, a service, or both?

There are three ways to work with us. Infrastructure gives professional teams an environment for their own workflows, AI agents, and client projects. Research answers a defined product question. With Premium, WIZIUM specialists coordinate the agreed launch work with you. You choose the format; we agree the scope before you commit.

What can agencies and brands use today?

Agencies, consultants, and launch operators can apply for our free September infrastructure pilot. Places are limited. Both agencies and brands can commission Amazon US product research. Brand owners can also work with our team through Premium. Self-service infrastructure access for in-house brand teams is coming next.

Can we start if our team doesn't use AI yet?

Yes. You can start with research or a project supported by our specialists. For an infrastructure pilot, bring a process your team already follows, even if it lives in documents and spreadsheets. We use that example to discuss which tasks agents could handle and which steps need your team's review.

Which marketplaces and regions do you support?

The introductory research offer covers Amazon US. Our broader launch workflows focus on Amazon US and TikTok Shop US. Tell us your product category and target channel so we can confirm the relevant scope. Other marketplaces and regions are part of the roadmap.

What will you show us in a demo?

Bring a product question, a client workflow, or a launch already in progress. We'll use it to walk through the relevant inputs, agent tasks, checkpoints, and team or client views. For a pilot, we'll also discuss the process you want to test and what would make the pilot useful to your team.

Research & product decisions

What if we haven't chosen a product yet?

You can bring a niche and a budget to explore, a shortlist to compare, or one product to examine in depth. Include your target market and any limits on timing, sourcing, or investment. Research needs a starting point; if you don't have one yet, the first conversation is about defining it.

What does a research report include, and can an agency order one?

Yes. The Amazon US research offer is available to brands and to agencies researching a client decision. Depending on the agreed question, a report compares candidates or examines one product in depth. It brings together demand, competition, cost assumptions, entry barriers, and unresolved risks, with sources and dates. For the introductory report, we confirm the specific question and deliverables before work begins.

How do you check whether the numbers work?

We examine the costs that can change the decision: the product, marketplace fees, advertising, freight, and returns. The analysis tests different scenarios against the available budget. Estimates still need checking against actual supplier quotes and launch conditions before an order is approved.

What happens if the research says we shouldn't proceed?

That is a useful result. The report explains what makes the idea difficult, which assumptions would need to change, and what still needs investigation. You can revise the scope, examine another candidate, or stop before a larger commitment. Ordering research does not commit you to a full launch.

Does a positive assessment guarantee a successful launch?

No. It supports a decision under the conditions examined. Demand, costs, supplier performance, and channel requirements can change. Later commitments need fresh evidence: a product assessment does not replace checking the sample, reviewing the order terms, or confirming launch readiness.

Agents, people & the work

What do AI agents actually do?

Within the configured workflow, agents gather research inputs, prepare comparisons and calculations, draft materials, and track outstanding tasks. Your team reviews the work and makes the business decisions. Agents don't inspect a physical sample or take responsibility for a supplier contract; those steps need the people assigned to them.

What are skills, and can we use our own methods?

Skills are instructions for specific agent tasks, such as comparing product candidates, preparing a supplier inquiry, or drafting listing copy. WIZIUM provides skills across the launch stages, and the library is expanding. An agency's own playbooks can guide its workflows too. During the pilot, we identify which methods to carry over and where review is required.

What does the project's second brain remember?

It keeps the brief, files, sources, conversations, and reasons behind earlier decisions in the project context. The saved workflow also records completed checks, dependencies, responsibilities, and pending approvals. That gives agents and people a record to work from when the project resumes or someone new joins.

What can our clients see, and who owns the relationship?

An agency chooses what to share through the client view: progress, relevant materials, and decisions needing attention. Clients can follow the work without receiving every internal note. Your client relationships, pricing, and methodology remain yours. Brand owners retain their brand and the decisions about its business.

How does digital work connect to suppliers, samples, and orders?

Supplier quotes, sample reviews, contracts, and delivery updates belong to the same project as the research and economics. The launch route has five checkpoints: market focus, product viability, sample and supplier, purchase order, and launch readiness. At each one, the responsible person reviews the evidence before the next commitment. Physical inspections and delivery still require people and partners on the ground.

Tools, access & next steps

Will we still need separate tools and subscriptions?

That depends on the workflow. WIZIUM brings relevant research tools and AI models into the project, but a pilot is not a promise to replace every subscription. Before it starts, we identify the services needed, who provides access, and which costs are included or billed separately. Keep the tools your team still needs for other work.

Do I need to connect an Amazon account to get started?

You can begin the conversation with a product brief, a shortlist, or a niche and budget. Don't send Amazon passwords or access keys. If the agreed work requires account access, the team must explain the supported authorization method, the data needed, and its purpose before you grant access.

Can we bring our own reports and project files?

Yes. Your brief, product specifications, budget, supplier quotes, and existing research can provide the starting context. Tell us what you already have so we can identify missing inputs and avoid repeating work. Share only material you are authorized to provide; we confirm what is needed for the agreed scope.

What will the AI Readiness Check tell me?

It looks at how your team plans work, uses AI and tools, keeps project context, and communicates. Your answers shape a profile of your current working setup, likely friction points, and areas where WIZIUM may help. It works for teams that don't use AI yet, too. The profile is an initial assessment, not an audit or a prediction of business results.

How are pricing, timing, and responsibilities agreed?

For research, we confirm the question, deliverables, fee, and delivery timing. The fall offer covers an introductory Amazon US report. September infrastructure pilot participation is free; we agree the workflow, participants, support, and any separate external-service costs before it starts. Premium projects have their own scope, responsibilities, and fee.
