Do I need a product or Amazon experience?

No. You can start with a product line, one idea, a category, or the intention and capital to build a business. We help define the research and decisions your starting point requires.

Can you work with my producer, team, or suppliers?

Yes. We can work alongside a creator’s producer or management team, your employees, and existing suppliers. We agree who handles each part of the project and which decisions need your approval.

What counts as one product?

One agreed product model with the variations listed in your proposal. For example, one model in several agreed colors can be one product. Different products or larger catalogs receive a scoped proposal.

How long does a launch take?

About six months is a working estimate for a full launch project. Product readiness, manufacturing, registration, certification, and other requirements affect the schedule. It is not a guaranteed launch date or a minimum contract term.

What does the monthly service fee cover?

The service fee covers your project lead, agreed research and execution, coordination, decision materials, regular meetings, and use of WIZIUM. We confirm the scope and responsibilities before work begins. Inventory, samples, production, freight, advertising and other business expenses are funded separately. You retain ownership of your brand, accounts and assets; the service fee does not give WIZIUM an ownership stake.

How much project capital should I plan for?

For a new Amazon US launch, plan for project capital from $50,000, funded separately from the WIZIUM service fee. The amount required depends on the product, category, suppliers, inventory, promotion and launch plan.

Does Premium end when the product launches?

No. The service can continue with advertising, inventory planning, suppliers, performance reviews, and product-line development within your agreed scope. We can also start with a business already selling.

Can Premium support both Amazon and TikTok Shop?

Yes. Premium offers specialist-led delivery for Amazon and TikTok Shop on the WIZIUM platform. We build the channel plan around your product and goals, including the relevant listings, content, advertising, creator work, and operations. Your proposal defines the work and costs for the channels you choose.

Is this software I have to learn and run myself?

No. Premium is a managed service. WIZIUM specialists use the system, AI agents, and supported tools to do the agreed work. You use the client workspace to review progress, materials, and decisions.

Do you guarantee sales or returns?

No. We provide research, recommendations, coordination, and agreed execution—not guaranteed revenue, profit, or a return of capital. Our role includes explaining when the evidence calls for a change of plan.
